Two 5-Week Summer Sessions

MUSIC TOGETHER is a playful, nonperformance- oriented learning environment that supports all learning styles, where children are given the freedom to respond in their own way, at their own pace, and developmental level. With the support of their parents or primary caregivers, babies, toddlers, and preschoolers flourish musically in this nurturing environment!

All classes are 45 minutes long and tuition includes two CD’s, a songbook, and a parent DVD guide for new families! Families have the option to register for session I, session II, or both for a full 10 week semester.

Two Doulas Birth
5 Week Childbirth Preparation Class
With Becca Gordon and Leah Miller

July 12th – August 9th
Thursdays 6:30-9 pm

This 5 week workshop will prepare you and your partner for your baby’s birthday. Whether you plan on delivering in a hospital, at a birth center or at home, with or without pain medication, knowledge of the birth process and skills to cope with challenges of labor will empower you  and your partner to make informed decisions that best suit your family.

Topics covered in this workshop include:

• Anatomy and Physiology of Childbirth
• Coping Skills for the challenges of Labor (breath, movement, meditation, massage & more)
• Hospital Interventions and Pain Meds discussed without bias or judgment
• Birth Plans (and how to throw them out the window when things go awry)
• The Basics of Breastfeeding and Newborn Baby Care
• Post-Partum Recovery

Leah Miller and Becca Gordon are both certified childbirth educators, labor doulas and prenatal yoga teachers. Beyond these similarities in practice, they share an unprecedented passion for birth.
