Workshop for Parents and Care providers

Join other parents, nannies and caregivers as we learn the newest (and easiest) guidelines for life-saving skills. Course includes: CPR, managing common household injuries, airway obstruction & accidents. Offered by Richard Pass, RN, BS. Richard is the program and course director for Save a Little Life, Inc. His experience includes many years as a clinical practitioner in clinical care areas, including large ER departments. Save a Little Life began when Richard decided to take a simple yet quality educational program to the community. His affiliation with the American Heart Association and continued focus on the latest CPR related science makes the Save a Little Life course a current and modern approach to these life saving skills.

Spanish for Children in Los Angeles

Habla Blah Blah

This class introduces the sounds and words of español in a fun and playful way specifically oriented toward little ears and tongues at this critical period of language development and acquisition. Children and their caregivers participate in songs, play, and ritualized communication that can be easily repeated and reinforced at home. No previous language skills necessary!

Mingle with your neighbors and enjoy the winter evening while checking out the businesses in the neighborhood. A trolley and open-air bus will run from 6-10pm to get you from one fun place to another.

Puppeteers will be at 2066 Hillhurst (Dragonfly Dulou), this year they will have a puppet exploration center between shows where kids can try on puppets & create their own drama!
